When you purchase, you will receive 2 emails from ChessCentral. The first will be your order confirmation, the second will be an email telling you that your order was shipped. You may also check under “My Account” for ship date and tracking number if you purchased tracking.  We try to keep all products in stock. On the rare occasion a product will take longer than 48 hours to ship we will contact you by email.

International packages may take longer due to your country's Customs clearance  If you have a time sensitive package, we can quote you a UPS International rate. Please email us at: email@chesscentral.com with your Country and Products.

Air Mail

Air Mail for International products is offered by the US Post Office. This is an uninsured delivery method with no delivery time guarantee. By selecting this shipping method you acknowledge that we are not responsible for your package once it leaves our warehouse and will not be able to provide detailed tracking information. Your package will normally arrive 10 to 21 business days after it leaves our warehouse. Rates do not include charges for customs clearance, brokerage charges. ChessCentral has been shipping Internationally for many years and tries to make sure that your package clears customs speedily with low, if any customs fees. But if customs fee does occur you will be required to pay these fees directly prior to receiving your package. If for any reason your package is returned to us you will be contacted.

Global Priority

Global Priority Mail for International products is offered by the US Post Office. This is an uninsured delivery method with no delivery time guarantee. By selecting this shipping method you acknowledge that we are not responsible for your package once it leaves our warehouse and will not be able to provide detailed tracking information. Your package will normally arrive 7 to 14 business days after it leaves our warehouse. Rates do not include charges for customs clearance, brokerage charges. ChessCentral has been shipping Internationally for many years and tries to make sure that your package clears customs speedily with low, if any customs fees. But if customs fee does occur you will be required to pay these fees directly prior to receiving your package. If for any reason your package is returned to us you will be contacted.

Global Express Mail

Global Express Mail International is offered by the US Post Office. Your package will normally arrive 5 to 10 business days after it leaves our warehouse. ChessCentral has been shipping Internationally for over 10 years and tries to make sure that your package clears customs speedily with low, if any customs fees. But if customs fee does occur you will be required to pay these fees directly prior to receiving your package. If for any reason your package is returned to us you will be contacted. Global Express Ppackages are insured and tracked through www.USPS.com If your package is damaged or lost contact our customer care at: email@chesscentral.com. We will file a claim for you with the US Postal Service. It may take up to 45 days for an investigation to be completed.
