Ordered this board and a conquerer set on Thursday night and received Saturday. There was a black printed smudge spot on the board, so I e-mailed about an exchange... Rep said just keep the other and they sent me a replacement ... received on Wednesday.... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... I WILL buy more from this company !
