The traditional Staunton design takes on a distinctive Indian flair in this gorgeous chess set. Named for one of the great writers of the Victorian Era (whose tales of the subcontinent still thrill and entertain today's readers), the Kipling seamlessly melds a piece design reminiscent of Indian architecture with the tournament standard Staunton design to create a stylish and attractive look. The Kings stand an impressive 4" tall and all pieces are felted and double-weighted.
