If you are the recipient of a gift certificate and would like to redeem your gift certificate, go to the "View Cart" found in the upper right hand of every page. Scroll down and you will see:

To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the left of our website; or (2) type a keyword from the title into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

If you don't want it, we take it back - no questions asked. In other words, satisfaction guaranteed or your money back! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a ChessCentral purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase daterchase with a copy of the original invoice for a purchase price refund. You must contact customer support at email@chesscentral.com for authorization.

 

Software, DVDs and CDs must not be opened. The cellophane must be intact. Products must not be shop worn, or outdated. If the product is defective we will replace it free. We stand behind our products 100%! Downloads are non-refundable. Most downloads can be evaluated by joining our free to join Member's Area at www.FreeChessArea.com. We will refund all but shipping charges (which range between $10-$30 depending on weight) and have a 10% repacking and restocking fee. This assumes that all returns are received in as-sent condition. Returns of chess boards are accepted, but be advised, that if not returned in mint condition we can not refund your money. Always, if a set or board arrives damaged, we will replace it free. Please be sure to keep the shipping packaging.
