US Postal Service will be closed:
Thursday, November 24 - Thanksgiving Day
Monday, December 25 - Christmas Day

UPS/Fed EX will not deliver:
Thanksgiving Day - November 24, 2006
5 Day after Thanksgiving Day - November 25, 2006
Christmas Day - December 25, 2006
Day after Christmas - December 26, 2006

Standard shipping and Priority does NOT have tracking. If you wish to have tracking, please purchase a UPS delivery from the drop-down menu on the "check out" page. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse (usually the day you order). You will also find your tracking number in your "My Account".

International orders have tracking only through Global Express shipping. Global Express only tracks the shipment until it leaves the USA. We offer Global Priority but it does not go to every city in every country. Please check your location and estimated delivery time at the US Postal Service here. We do offer UPS service to all countries, which does have tracking and insurance. Please email us at email@chesscentral.com with your country, products and time requirements for a quote.

Shipping to Another Address

Why fight the long lines at the Post Office? ChessCentral makes sending gifts to your loved ones a breeze! Just place the name and address of the person you wish to send a gift to in the "Ship To Information" on the order form and we will take care of the rest. We strongly suggest that you use UPS services for these gifts for peace of mind. If you use UPS a tracking number will be emailed to you when your gift leaves the warehouse, and your gift will be insured.

Return Policy

All purchases between November 1, 2006 and December 23, 2006 will have until January 15, 2007 to return products for whatever reason. The products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition to receive credit or exchange. All defective products will be handled at ChessCentral's expense. Please contact our customer care at email@chesscentral.com before sending back any product.

Out of Stock

ChessCentral tries to maintain high levels of stock so that we do not have any products on backorder. In the event that you purchase a product that can not be shipped within 48 hours (business days) of purchase we will contact you by email and let you know when we expect to ship.

Gift Wrapping

 Gift Tags by Request

If you would like we can place a gift tag in the package. Just ask for "gift tag" in the comments box on the order form. We will place a "To:/From:" card on your gift. Outside USA shipments must contain an invoice but we will gladly add a gift tag.
