Example 2

1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bc4
The maximum space for the king bishop

3...Nd4
More space for the knight. Another good move is 3...Bc5, the maximum space for Black's king bishop.

4.Nxe5?!
Too greedy. White may want to castle or play 4.Nxd4

4...Qg5
The maximum space for the Black queen with a few threats

5.Nxf7?
Best is 5.Bxf7+ and 6.O-O

5...Qxg2 6.Rf1
6.Nxh8 fails to 6...Qxh1+ 7.Bf1 Qxe4+ and if 8.Be2, then 8...Nf3 mate. If 6.d3 Qxh1+ 7.Kd2 Qxh2 8.Nxh8 Qxf2+ 9.Kc3 Ne2+ 10.Kb3 Qb6 11.Ka4 Qb4 mate

6...Qxe4+

And White loses the Queen after 7.Qe2 since 7.Be2 is mate after 7...Nf3.
