International Shipping

Do you ship to my country?
	We ship to almost every country worldwide. You will find that ChessCentral has terrific shipping prices to your country and very speedy delivery. Please create an account by clicking the "Creat an Account " link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
	During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
	Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the View Cart page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

International Shipping can be automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. On the View Cart page found in the upper right hand corner of each page and simply add items to your cart and select your Country (for State and Zip Code you can use "ABC") and preferred shipping method from the drop down menu. You are never obliged to purchase.

All products in stock are shipped within 24-48 hours (Business Days)

When you purchase, you will receive 2 emails from ChessCentral. The first will be your order confirmation, the second will be an email telling you that your order was shipped. You may also check under "My Account" for ship date and tracking number if you purchased tracking. We try to keep all products in stock. On the rare occasion a product will take longer than 48 hours to ship we will contact you by email.

Air Mail

Air Mail for International products is offered by the US Post Office. This is an uninsured delivery method with no delivery time guarantee. By selecting this shipping method you acknowledge that we are not responsible for your package once it leaves our warehouse and will not be able to provide detailed tracking information. Your package will normally arrive 10 to 21 business days after it leaves our warehouse. Rates do not include charges for customs clearance, brokerage charges. ChessCentral has been shipping Internationally for many years and tries to make sure that your package clears customs speedily with low, if any customs fees. But if customs fee does occur you will be required to pay these fees directly prior to receiving your package. If for any reason your package is returned to us you will be contacted.

Global Priority

Global Priority Mail for International products is offered by the US Post Office. This is an uninsured delivery method with no delivery time guarantee. By selecting this shipping method you acknowledge that we are not responsible for your package once it leaves our warehouse and will not be able to provide detailed tracking information. Your package will normally arrive 7 to 14 business days after it leaves our warehouse. Rates do not include charges for customs clearance, brokerage charges. ChessCentral has been shipping Internationally for many years and tries to make sure that your package clears customs speedily with low, if any customs fees. But if customs fee does occur you will be required to pay these fees directly prior to receiving your package. If for any reason your package is returned to us you will be contacted.

Priority Express Mail

Priority Express Mail International is offered by the US Post Office. Your package will normally arrive 5 to 10 business days after it leaves our warehouse. ChessCentral has been shipping Internationally for over 10 years and tries to make sure that your package clears customs speedily with low, if any customs fees. But if customs fee does occur you will be required to pay these fees directly prior to receiving your package. If for any reason your package is returned to us you will be contacted. Global Express Ppackages are insured and tracked through www.USPS.com If your package is damaged or lost contact our customer care at: email@chesscentral.com. We will file a claim for you with the US Postal Service. It may take up to 45 days for an investigation to be completed.
