All products in stock are shipped within 24-48 hours (Business
Days)
When you purchase, you will receive 2 emails from ChessCentral. The
first will be your order confirmation, the second will be an email telling you
that your order was shipped. You may also check under “My Account” for ship date
and tracking number if you purchased tracking. We try to keep all products in
stock. On the rare occasion a product will take longer than 48 hours to ship we
will contact you by email.

Please allow 5-10 business days for U.S. delivery of all products and 7-21
days for most international delivery of software and CDs. International packages may take longer due to your country's Customs clearance, we are not responsible for customs fees. The average delivery time is not guaranteed. Many international shipments only have tracking to the US Border. sensitive package, please use UPS. First Class mail and Priority in the USA have no
tracking, no insurance, and are not guaranteed to arrive within the expected
time-frame.
