Blizzard Warning: ChessCentral's warehouse is open and operating at full capacity. We are shipping packages on time. Due to occasional blizzard conditions in many parts of the USA, delivery of packages to such areas may not be timely. ChessCentral cannot be responsible for any package that we ship on time, but is not delivered on time by UPS or USPS.
All shipping services have tracking: USPS, FEDEX, UPS. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse (usually the day after you order). You will also find your tracking number in your "My Account" area.
International orders have tracking USPS only tracks the shipment until it leaves the USA. We offer UPS service to all countries, which does have updated tracking and insurance. Please email us at email@example.com with your country, products and time requirements for a quote.

Shipping to Another Address
Why fight the long lines at the Post Office? ChessCentral makes sending gifts to your loved ones a breeze! Just place the name and address of the person you wish to send a gift to in the "Ship To" side of the order form and we will take care of the rest. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your gift leaves the warehouse.
All purchases between November 1 and December 25 will have until January 15 to return products for whatever reason. The products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition to receive credit or exchange. Any defective products will be handled at ChessCentral's expense. Please contact our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending back any product. Software, CDs, and DVDs must not be opened to receive a refund.
Out of Stock
ChessCentral tries to maintain high levels of stock so that you will not have any products on back-order. In the event that you purchase a product that can not be shipped within 3 business days of purchase we will contact you by email and let you know when we expect to ship.
Gift Tags by Request
If you would like, we can place a gift tag in the package. Just ask for "gift tag" in the comments box on the order form, along with a short personal message. We will place a "To:/From:" card on your gift. Outside USA shipments must contain an invoice but we will gladly add a gift tag.
