    Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and select your location and preferred shipping method from the drop down menu. You are never obliged to purchase. All products in stock are shipped within 24-48 hours (Business Days)

    When you purchase, you will receive 2 emails from ChessCentral. The first will be your order confirmation, the second will be an email telling you that your order was shipped. You may also check under "My Account" for ship date and tracking number.  We try to keep all products in stock. On the rare occasion a product will take longer than 48 hours to ship we will contact you by email.

    Please allow 5-10 business days for U.S. delivery of all products. If you have a time sensitive package, please use UPS. First Class mail and Priority have no insurance, and are not guaranteed to arrive within the expected time-frame. ChessCentral will only be responsible for packages not arriving if you select an insured shipping method.
